Two outings as Patron... including an Xmas pud "stir-up"

I enjoyed my first outing as Patron supporting Families for Children Adoption at Devon's Crealy Adventure Park on Friday 1st November. I read extracts from my latest Bradley Baker adventure "The Gullfather of New York" and signed hundreds of copies of the book inside the Adventure Zone!!! Special guest appearances by Bradley Baker and Crealy's Buddy Bear proved a great hit with the audience too :)

The first week back after the school holidays and I travelled to my birth town of Rotherham to visit four new schools. Bramley Sunnyside, Kimberworth Community, St Bede's Roman Catholic Primary and Wath C of E hosted the showcases with unbelievable signing events to follow. I left South Yorkshire with a very aching hand... I've never signed so many books in a week!!!

Another outing as Patron followed on Sunday with a visit to Darts Farm in Topsham near Exeter. I joined my fellow patron and 2 star Michelin Chef Michael Caines to help children with the big Xmas Pud stir-up. We all had a great time... here are some pics;-

More events next week; including a public appearance at Brixham Library on Thursday 14th November. If you're in the Torbay area please call in to say hello!

Catch up again with more updates next time. Best wishes DLJ :)
